Omni Coach ("we", "us") is operated by Path Variable d.o.o. (Vinjerac, Croatia; also registered as Path Variable LLC). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: ivan@path-variable.com.

Data we collect

• Account & identity — your name and email address from Google Sign-In.
• Health & activity data from Garmin — when you connect your Garmin account: daily activity summaries, sleep, heart-rate variability, stress, activities, body composition and related wellness metrics.
• App content — your goals, coach conversations, and generated workouts.
• Device tokens — a push-notification token, if you enable notifications.

How we use it

• To provide the coaching features: readiness and training insights, weekly reports, and AI-generated answers and workouts based on your data.
• To send you your weekly report by email and (optionally) push notifications.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI processing

To answer your questions and generate workouts, relevant portions of your health and activity data are processed by a third-party large-language-model provider (Google Gemini) under contract. This happens only after you grant AI-processing consent, which you can revoke at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that operate the app on our behalf: our AI provider (Google), our email provider (Mailgun), and our hosting provider — each only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

How we do not use your data

• We do not sell your data, including Garmin data, and we do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not use your data for any decision about your eligibility for credit, insurance, or employment.
• We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
• Omni Coach is a fitness and wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app (You → Delete account) or via this page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Your Garmin authorization tokens are stored so we can receive your data and are deleted when you disconnect Garmin or delete your account.

Children

Omni Coach is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
