These terms govern your use of Omni Coach, operated by Path Variable d.o.o. (Vinjerac, Croatia; also registered as Path Variable LLC). By using the app you agree to them.

The service

Omni Coach connects to your Garmin account to provide training and recovery insights, weekly reports, and an AI coach that answers questions and generates workouts.

Subscription & billing

• Full access requires a subscription, offered with a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial the subscription auto-renews monthly at the price shown in the app and on Google Play, until cancelled.
• Billing is handled by Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Trial and renewal terms follow the offer configured on Google Play.

Omni Coach provides general fitness and wellness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgement. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program. Use the app at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Your data & account

You can delete your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Your use of data is described there.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path Variable d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
